📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage incoming invoices and payments
• Reconcile accounts payable and general ledger
• Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to the finance team
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Support the finance team in audits and reconciliations
• Handle bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar roles
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations is a plus
