📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies to increase market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to sales team members.,Develop and implement training programs to improve sales skills and knowledge.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.,Oversee the operation of the sales office and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing and developing sales teams.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
