As an Assistant Manager, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects, from initial concept to final handover. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations. Your daily tasks will include project management, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control, using tools like AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of Rp 15,000,000 - Rp 25,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering projects from initial concept to final handover.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets industry standards and client requirements.
Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, cost analyses, and risk assessments.
Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on civil engineering projects.
Proficiency in project management software, such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
