Seed Up Lestari is seeking a dedicated Assistant QC Inspector to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining our reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.,Identify and report any quality issues or defects to the Quality Control Manager.,Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.,Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.,Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control guidelines.,Provide support to the Quality Control Manager in training and mentoring new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Agriculture, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or related roles.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
