Lead the development of backend systems, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability,Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions,Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge,Collaborate with product managers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions,Optimize existing backend systems for better performance and efficiency,Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development,Participate in architectural design and decision-making processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development,Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js,Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring, Django, or Express,Familiarity with database technologies like SQL and NoSQL,Understanding of cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP),Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes,Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
