📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient flow of goods.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems, including automated storage solutions.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize warehouse processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety audits.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with overall supply chain strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and high levels of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Certification in Warehouse Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in using warehouse management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
