📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.,Handling employee benefits administration, including payroll and insurance.,Organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assisting in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Providing administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and report generation.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
