Jaya Dewi Sate is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote or flexible work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
