📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial reporting processes and systems.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and senior management.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.,Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, with the last 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.,Proficiency in financial reporting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
