📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet quality standards.,Ensure the quality and consistency of all baked goods.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Mentor and train junior pastry chefs.,Assist in the development of new menu items.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team decisions.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a pastry chef.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international pastry trends.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Possession of a relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus.
