📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure that stock is always available.
  • Train and develop new employees to help them grow within the company.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to management.
  • Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
