📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and train operational staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor and optimize resource utilization to improve operational efficiency.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service quality.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the laundry or service industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
