📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular feedback to the team.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
