PT. Dua Semeru Putra Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Estate Manager (Palm Oil Plantation) to oversee our operations in Sarolangun, Jambi. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact agricultural estate, focusing on sustainable practices, operational efficiency, and maximizing productivity.

As an Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving the success of our palm oil plantation. You will work closely with our team to implement best practices, optimize resources, and achieve our strategic goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the palm oil plantation, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Implement and monitor sustainable practices to maintain the health and productivity of the plantation.
• Manage and supervise the plantation workforce, ensuring safety and compliance with labor regulations.
• Develop and execute operational plans to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with the company's management team to achieve strategic objectives and ensure the success of the plantation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate management, particularly in palm oil plantations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading agricultural operations.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, including planting, harvesting, and post-harvest processes.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools such as ERP systems, GIS, and production management software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
