📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate fragrance development projects from concept to final product
• Collaborate with perfumers, designers, and other stakeholders to create unique and memorable fragrances
• Manage the fragrance library and ensure consistency in scent profiles
• Conduct sensory evaluations and provide feedback to ensure quality standards are met
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging fragrance technologies
• Assist in the development of new fragrance categories and product lines
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Support marketing and sales teams with fragrance-related information and insights

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fragrance Science, Perfumery, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fragrance development or a related role
• Proven experience with fragrance management software such as ScentAir, FragranceNet, or similar
• Strong understanding of fragrance chemistry and formulation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Professional certification in Fragrance Science or related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
