📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Coordinate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
