📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting,Provide guidance and support to the accounting team, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations,Manage the company's accounting software and systems, ensuring their proper functioning and security,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,Fluency in English is required; Indonesian language skills are a plus
