🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business & Corporate Banking, with a focus on Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Proven track record of managing and growing loan portfolios in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as Excel, Bloomberg, and banking systems.
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
