Global Snack is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the team to meet production targets. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Assist in quality control measures to maintain product standards.,Support the team in meeting production targets and deadlines.,Maintain accurate records of production data and operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.,Provide support in training and development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or operations sector.,Proven track record of managing operations and meeting production targets.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Good understanding of quality control and assurance processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or other inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
