🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on organizational development.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and training programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and create actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
