📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
• Work closely with the management team to ensure that HR practices align with business goals.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.
• Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.
• Proven experience in managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
