📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist in the provision of therapy services to clients,Monitor and document client progress and responses to treatment,Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement treatment plans,Provide support and guidance to less experienced staff members,Maintain a clean and organized treatment area,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Therapy Assistant or similar role,Knowledge of therapy techniques and practices,Ability to work well in a team environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards,Ability to lift and move patients as required,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Valid first aid certification🛠️ Keahlian
