📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high levels of performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the foodservice industry.,Proven track record of successful store management and sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and food safety regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
