📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the integration and optimization of clinical information systems, such as EHRs (Electronic Health Records) and EMRs (Electronic Medical Records).
• Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve healthcare outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of clinical informatics tools.
• Work with IT teams to maintain and enhance the infrastructure supporting clinical systems.
• Develop and enforce policies and standards for data security and privacy in compliance with regional and national regulations.
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of clinical informatics tools and systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Represent the authority at regional and national conferences and workshops to share best practices and innovations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Informatics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in clinical informatics, preferably in a leadership role.
• Certification in clinical informatics (e.g., CHIMSS, CCHIT, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
• Proficient in clinical informatics tools and software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Experience in project management and change management within healthcare organizations.
• Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in Indonesia and the Bangka Belitung region is a plus.
