📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare patients for treatments, including taking dental histories and performing necessary examinations.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Administer local anesthesia and monitor patients' vital signs during procedures.
- Provide post-treatment care, including instructions on aftercare and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient records using dental software.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience by providing friendly and professional service.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role in a dental clinic.
- Certification as a Dental Assistant from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix or Practice Fusion.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and dental staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and infection control.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
