• Manage and optimize product listings on Shopify, ensuring accurate and appealing product descriptions and images.
• Process and fulfill orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to boost online sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or a similar role.
• Proficient in using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
