HR Business Partner (Night Shift)

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner (Night Shift) to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung. As an HR Business Partner (Night Shift), you'll be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, from conducting employee surveys to organizing training sessions and managing leave requests. You'll use tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams to streamline processes and ensure seamless communication across our team. This role is perfect for an HR professional with 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, who is passionate about creating a positive work environment and driving organizational success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct employee engagement surveys and use the insights to drive improvements in our workplace culture.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee skills and morale.
• Manage the leave and attendance process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist managers with performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and support for professional development.
• Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and ensuring a harmonious work environment.
• Coordinate with the HR team to implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Use SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training history.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
