🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer support roles in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Proficient in using SAP, Oracle, and Jira for inventory management and project tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
