📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential customers for individual financing products.
• Assess customer needs and present tailored financing solutions in accordance with Shariah principles.
• Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment to ensure the viability of financing proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of the customer acquisition strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Islamic finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles and products.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
