📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
• Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of all restaurant facilities, including restrooms, storage areas, and walkways.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and maintain plumbing systems to prevent leaks and ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and facility teams to address any issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in the food service industry.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in kitchen equipment maintenance or relevant courses is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
