B2B Sales Executive (Medan Area)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business clients in the Medan area
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach
• Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring they meet the needs of their businesses
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly
• Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the transportation and rental sector
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our services
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the transportation or rental industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
