In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our projects, ensuring that all financial activities are accurately recorded and reported. You will work closely with our project managers and other departments to ensure that our financial targets are met. You will also be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the financial operations of our projects, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring that financial targets are met.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, supporting the company's financial planning and growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Work closely with project managers and other departments to ensure the financial health of our projects.
• Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on construction or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
